We accept your quality items to sell in The Patchwork Cow. Once sold the seller will receive 40% of the final selling price. The Patchwork Cow will price all items. The exception to this is prams where we will discuss what you would like to realistically receive. The seller receives the majority of the selling price in these cases.

We accept 20 items per drop and The Patchwork Cow reserves the right to hand back any items we feel will not sell. We do not accept supermarket or discount shop brands and all clothing must be freshly laundered and ironed. All toys and equipment that require a battery must be supplied with them.

Clothing is accepted seasonally. After each season (winter/summer) we hold a half price sale where all seasonal clothes are half price for approximately 4 weeks. The seller is then responsible for collecting any unsold clothing or The Patchwork Cow will pass these items to charity.

All commission is paid in cash. It is the sellers responsibility to contact The Patchwork Cow to check on their account.
All items are left entirely at the owner's risk and The Patchwork Cow cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged.
